Collect memories, not things. Fill-up dreams, not pockets. Rise above your calling and be the person you always wanted to be. A few years ago, I was working at a radio station and we got a call from a woman needing assistance finding her son.

She had been searching for him for nine months and was desperate. We began making phone calls and soon learned that the boy had just gone missing. We were able to locate him and he turned out to be unharmed, but still had no idea where his mother was.

It was an important case, but there were so many other missing persons files we had to process before we could get back to her. Fortunately, we stayed focused on finding her son and stayed away from our other cases. Had we let them distract us, it would have been harder to find the missing person later that day.
